As a big fan of The Mighty Boosh I really enjoyed the 'Book of Boosh and fans and newbies will love this too. It's has all the main characters except oddly enough, The Spirit of Jazz. Full of surrealism, fun, colour, cartoons and stories. It reminds me of those 1980's annuals except this is one much is cooler! Like most say, it's perfect of the coffee table too.

The Mighty Boosh is funny, no really, the show is hilarious. I enjoyed some of this book. Some of it translated well into book form, some not so much. Revisiting memorable story lines from the series is where the book does it for me. Howard and Vince's voices really shine through as do the voices of their characters. Come with us now, on a pocket-sized journey through time and spaceAdmittedly, I did rather skim through this, particularly the bits I remember from The Mighty Book of Boosh. But it was still good, and still had the essence of the Boosh within it's startlingly colourful pages.Unfortunately, despite it's name, it isn't pocket-sized. The only pockets it'll fit into are those of Howard's tweed jacket.

Strictly for fans of the BBC's surreal, absurdist comedy series. Basically short stories and scenes written about and in the voice of various characters from the series. Highlights for me were stories from Dixon Bainbridge, Bubblegum Charlie and an email exchange between Saboo and Tony Harrison detailing the aftermath of a debaucherous party.
