Jane Washington is 25 years old, lives in Brisbane, Australia and has MDD, or Multiple Dependency Disorder It s not a real disorder, but it should be She s dependent on the moon to write, and she s dependent on coffee so that she can spend as much time with the moon as possible. She s dependent on both writing and anti social behaviour to each act as an excuse for the other, and she s dependent on the awkwardness of both to save her from questions I.e Why do you never come to parties It s a writer s thing We hate parties She has a dependency on the internet to prevent too much work from getting done on any given day, and an even bigger dependency on Disney movies, to keep the dream alive. She s been accused of being a Vampire, with her super pale skin and aversion to sunlight, but she can t stand the sight of blood, so if she is a Vampire, then she s a pretty bad one.

I used to fancy myself a Mr. Darcy - "My good opinion, once lost, is lost forever."Well, I'll be damned if Jane Washington hasn't proven me wrong. She continues to defy my expectations by improving with every book she publishes. There's been so much character development and my baby boys have grown so much over the past three books - I'm so proud :'DThe more of the Adairs and Quillans I see, the more I'm willing to like Seraph and accept their rather unique relationship. Can't wait to see how th [...]

Okay, this is mainly just going to be a fangirling-through-gifs review. I have found a new favorite series and I can say this with having already read the final installment in the series. I binge read this entire thing in a handful of days! I love it I love it I love it!SO MUCH HAPPENS in this. At first, it was angsty and Serpah was away from her boys, so I was thinking, oh no, this is going to be the weak one, the one that makes me mad. But then, all was rectified because the author didn’t dr [...]

Desperately wishing for a blue police box to appear and take me into the future.

You know what I like about reading a series? YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE IT IS GOING UNTIL YOU GET THERE IN THE NEXT BOOK. Jane Washington is piling on the angst, the heartaches, the secrets and the twists, as well as the reveals and I can honestly say, I did not see THAT coming! Lead Heart continues Seraph’s story, giving Seph another piece of the puzzle that is her past. While there are no puppy piles, Seraph is bonded to four men, some of them missing bits and pieces of their memories, enough to fo [...]

Okay, I'm actually really nervous about this one.Like, shaking in my boots nervous. So nervous I stupidly haven't even finished the second one yet, because I couldn't bear having to wait empty-handed for the third one.So now I'm stuck in this awful land between denial and dreadful impatience.

After the ending of the previous book I couldn't wait even a second so I jumped straight in. This type of binge reading usually spells disaster for my state of mind once the series is over. You know that feeling of a fist clenched in your chest? That's how I felt throughout this book. And because once I finished this I started the final book immediately I don't really remember what happens when. What I can tell you is this: forget the ya tag and just read it. Sure there's the manufactured drama [...]

Finally!!NO really FINALLY!!!This book actually answered the questions that had been revolving in my head regarding the series. But thats not the only reason for my excitement as always my lusty and angst ridden brain needs some supplement and oh boy did this book deliver! YASSS Ryan Gosling say it like it isGahhhhh I love you Miro!!Just take my body. I don't need it anymore The author has a talent!!!From being a mediocre character, he directly jumped to my favourite one very quickly. I mean just [...]

It’s been two books coming, but Lead Heart at last is the book I’ve been waiting for. The first two books felt like a lot of build-up; they set things up, wove things together, started the slinky down the stairs, but book #3 is where we really start to get some stuff accomplished! There’s more romance, action, thrill, emotion, and reveals. The plot really kicks into high gear in this installment and keeps going; if book #2 was too slow, this book will definitely draw you back because we’ [...]

I have enjoyed these books. The first one was great. The second and third seraph became a little wimpy for me. For some one who has protected her self and her brother her whole life , she seems to become indecisive and and self doubting. As for the reveres harem , it never really happens. Is always we will fight it, there's rules it's not as exciting as it was in the first. Things do pick toward the end of the third book. But not enough for a better rating 😔

    3.5 stars

Just when I thought I knew where this series was going, Jane Washington threw a curveball! So now there's more characters coming out of the woodwork, and a whole lot of jealousy between Seraph and the two pairs. Sometimes it's funny and other times the fighting is plain dangerous.Behind it all, some unseemly characters get their just desserts but Seraph's stalker remains elusive. How Washington holds my attention is astonishing especially as I was confused about who exactly are the good guys and [...]

I'm astounded by my unwavering love for this series, because I have a very bad track record with series books. Even if I love the first book, I usually lose interest by the second or third book. Yet I've remained enthralled with this series, and my excitement for more remains undiminished after reading this book. I was surprised by how many problems were resolved in Lead Heart. This author doesn't use filler to drag out the story. Secrets were revealed and questions were answered all while progr [...]

I received an ARC in return for an honest review. I will not give away spoilers.I have been waiting for months to get my hands on this book - every single nail-biting month people - as I just adore Jane's worlds. However, once I got my hands on it I was really nervous about starting it considering how Watercolour Smile ended and how my emotions were still tied up in knots and so I began reading with a little bit of trepidation as to how my turbulent thoughts and broken heart would handle any oth [...]

I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of Lead Heart in return for an honest review.Having read the first 2 books in the Seraph Black series, I was keen to read Lead Heart and it didn't disappoint. Lead Heart picks up the story a few weeks later from where it left us at the end of Watercolour Smile. Silas is still at the mercy of Weston and Noah and Cabe still do not remember their bond with Seraph. I don't want to give away any spoilers so I'll keep it short. The relationship between Seraph and h [...]

OK, so I've been waiting for this book for what seems like forever and finally I got my hands on it. Boy was it worth the wait!I adore all the characters and I'm sure if you've already read the first two you will have your favourites. I know I do! I won't be giving away any spoilers as I don't think that's fair but suffice it to say, a lot of questions will be answered and a lot more will be posed along the way. The story continues to build and the relationship between Seraph and the boys grows [...]

Reviewed by Whitney@Shooting Stars ReviewsLead Heart begins with Silas being captured and they all know he’s being tortured by Weston. But, no one really knows how to help him, and two of the men don’t remember how close she is to them, so life is getting more and more complicated for Seraph. However, once she learns to truth about certain things, she will stop at nothing to get Silas back no matter what. This book was really good! I loved the plot line, the suspense, the romance, and of cou [...]

Waited forever for this guy! Thanks for sending it out a week early! It was a relief that at book number three there was still a good dose of unpredictable. You never knew what to expect from the plot or those moody characters. Also, readers take a breath because the book ends in a good spot. I mean it builds anticipation and everything, but it doesn't end like book 2 where you're like wtf. Character development was on point. The relationships are still gloriously confusing. And woah baby, the f [...]

I have so much to say in this review that I am going to just jump into it.We all left Watercolour Smile with a desperation to find out what would happen to Seraph and her boys (specifically that of Silas). I was foaming at the mouth to get my hands on this ARC, and despite the havoc going on in my life, I devoured reading it as soon as I could. There was so much that was amazing in this book, but there were somethings I also found lacking. Starting off with the short list of things I did not par [...]

I received an ARC copy of this book in return for an honest review.Okay, I was practically chomping at the bit to get a hold of this book. I stalked Jane's group page on facebook religiously and almost died from excitement when the release date was announced. Suffice to say, I was excited. The ending of Watercolour Smile pretty much killed me and left me with eight million questions that I was dying to get answered (I mean, c'mon Jane, that ending was just plain cruel). Rest assured, you get som [...]

14.5.2017 - 4,5*Well.

This book is all about getting the answers to the bundle of questions lined up:- Who is the messenger?- What does Weston want with Seraph?- What is the true extent of Seraph's upbringing?- How does the bond works differently with the four brothers?- What is the big secret that the four brothers have been hiding from Seraph that will have them all killed?I was so relieved havingfinally received the answers to those questions! It made the entire story "click" into place :) Regarding the actual plo [...]

That was OMGThat was I don't have words. How can some authors use words in such a manner that makes you feel everything? Every single feeling Seph has had passed on to me. And there were lots of feelings I must say.WOWMind blowing, is what it is. Yeah. Absolutely insane. I must say that Silas an Noah have much graveling to do to come in my graces. They have upset me in this one and I can't just erase their behavior. But even that way this was off the charts. What a great book. What a great autho [...]

3 stars. I loved the first book but can't deny as the series goes on I'm just not as into it anymore. The plot continues to confuse me with all its twists and turns and I dislike having to re-read parts to understand what just happened. My main issue with Lead Heart was the relationship between Seraph and the guys. I guess I had hoped the odd pairing dynamic would sort itself out as the story progressed and Silas would be the one for Seraph romantically. The second book felt like such a tease fo [...]

Great Series!I recently started reading reverse harem and I love it. Seraph Black has become one of my favorite series, regardless of genre. I can't wait until the next installment. Allot happens in this installment. We see all of our loved people and meet some new ones. Poison and Clarin were their usually funny selves. I hope we continue to get allot more of them Possible spoiler,I'll try to be cryptic. I am truly hoping that the comment about "normal" lives does not happen! I have faith that n [...]

Actual rating 3.5Okay. There were some problems with this but I can easily look past that. I haven't really been a big fan of this series, but I can't stop myself anyway. I want to know how this ends. I'm going to read the next book and see if I get some answers about a few things. I want to see where the bonds take Seraph. P.S. If I was bonded with four guys and could feel their emotions while they feel mine, I would go insane.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Review to come.
