Another great bookWow what a wonderful creation. The characters keep getting better. This story is amazing! I love the characters evolution ! Jenn Nixon is a great writer. I can wait to start book three!!

Takes off right where MIND left off and builds!! Boy does it build. We learn more about the characters Dina and Liam, Bates and Duncan and we are introduced to Kim and Lexa. The neat thing we find out is their powers, whether known or not are increased by being together, as a group, but also as couples. So much happens, the uncertainty of what they are searching for, no idea who is controlling the events (or who is after them). In Mind: The Emergence, we focus on Duncan and his relationship with [...]

Emergence was just as good as the first book in the series. I love the switching POV and the new characters, they all compliment each other nicely. I like seeing the new powers that keep happening to our group of friends. Flew through the book.

WOW. Amazing book. I thought the first one was a great book but this one tops it. Kim, Lexie incredible additions to the team. I couldn't stop until it was done.

This is a 4.5 for me I found it so much better than the original and Tolk was so pissing me off like what's his damn deal? also I really liked Lexa and Kim they have some cool abilities. Finally valtor fixed his shiz almost and the rest got more awesome. though bates needs a raise on his abilities.

You know how often you read a first book, love the hell out of it and come back for the next book only to realize it sucks chunks? Ye olde sophomoric slump, I believe it's called?SO not the case here! I do believe 'The Emergence' is definitely just as good--if not better--then the first.First, I was disappointed for half a second when I realized 'Emergence' does not strictly follow around Shrians Dina and Liam, who we met and fell for in the first book. But that lasted half a second, because Nix [...]

The character development for he two new lovely girls was amazing. Lexa and Kim are two additions that this series, literally, couldn't do without. I love how Lexa was on the fence with all this crazy alien stuff at first. How she, pretty much didn't want to accept anything of the alien stuff. Kim's development from her memory "loss" was astonishing. When they finally catch up with with dear old dad, you maybe amazed how much back story is missed, but seems like a lot will be explained in the ne [...]

I must admit, this wasn't a "typical" genre for me. With that being said, I feel as though I have a very good objective opinion on this series. The author did a fanastic job with this series. I gave each book in this series a 5 star rating and plan on elaberating my pleasure and justifications as to why. :)I will be posting updated, more detailed reviews later this week as I have pneumonia and can't fully concentrate on all the detailed descriptions that I would like to add. I want to give a fre [...]

I'm exhausted from holding my breath, and clenching. This story hits the ground running. Several new characters are introduced to the series, and a new quest is embarked upon. There is some romance, but it doesn't clog up a good story. Mostly the strength of the characters, and the strength of their bonds (and their super powers) gets them to the end.

An Amazing ReadThis is a great follow up from Ms Nixon to the first book and I look forward to the third book. The characters are really likable, strong and we get to know them fro! another POV in this book to the first. It is a great testament to the first book in the series. Simply, a damned good book. Kudos and five stars fro! Me. 😀

MIND: The Emergence by Jenn Nixon is an action packed, gripping story that I could not put down. I can see it becoming a TV series or movie. All my favorite characters are back: Dina, Liam, Duncan, and (my #1 fave) Bates. After they meet Kim and Lexa, their world flips upside down. Can they set things right again?
