Where to start I m really a lot boring and normal than my books might suggest It may disappoint some to know that I ve never had an illicit affair with a domineering pianist, nor have I ever met or dated a man who frequented sex clubs in London I have however always had an overactive imagination, which may in part explain where my stories come from My books may be fiction, but the setting of London was a deliberate choice, I was born and raised in London and as such it holds a special place in my heart which I hope comes across in my writing Some of my best times have been spent with friends wandering the markets of Camden or sipping beers in Covent Garden I moved to Manchester to study, where I ended up living for over ten years Originally I qualified as an archaeologist, but I soon realised that jobs in that sector were minimal and decided to put my enthusiasm to use by becoming a teacher Now I split my time between teaching, and engaging my wildly over active imagination by writing Currently I m living abroad spending my days exploring, teaching and writing Where ever I find myself I live with my ever suffering, but hugely supportive husband, our dog and a crazy half wild cat who keeps the whole household on its toes.Music is a huge influence in my writing, I listen to everything from Snow Patrol and Linkin Park to Evanescence and REM, in fact, those of you with a good memory for lyrics might even spot one or two lines popping up in my writing as you read I enjoys writing a wide range of genres including comical real life stories and youth paranormal fantasy, but my first published novels are the adult themed trilogy series Untwisted.

Mwa, steamy scenes were ok but story not so muchShe lets him use her, doesn't get mad but cries And afterward you should believe that he isn't a pig but a soft and sensitive man Apart from a sexgod of course.Sorry I didn't buy itI could not wait to finish it so I skipt a lot of the bla bla and didn't miss a thing in the end,, even the cliffhanger isn't a cliff hanger. I do don't care how this story continues. Is selling your soul worth keeping a job you are the main focus of? He is nominated for [...]

At first, I thought : okay, not bad. Simple beginning. Nothing special. Predictable. I was still hoping this book will be better and better.I keep waitingd waiting but my patient went lower and lower Annoyance blooming like mush in the wet weather. And I have to decided I must stop reading this book in about 74% progress 'cause there was A LOT annoyance in this book. May god forgive me, and also the author but I think she wrote some uninteresting book.I mean, come on, there was nothing special a [...]

DNF - I have the utmost respect for the author but I cannot read this. The narrative is puerile - it reads like the diary of an adolescent. Not a woman in her mid-20s. There is zero chemistry between the characters and I don't have any sense of empathy with either of them.

The love the way Alice Raine writes, she is descriptive and sets the scene perfectly. I don't have to imagine the surroundings, characters feelings, looks, what they are wearing - it's all there. Sometimes too descriptive when you're waiting for the plot to progress and you just want things to move along a little.Predictable story line, but then the majority of these erotic romances are. I loved Sean in the beginning of this book; loved Allie calling him names under her breath like Mr mean and m [...]

*Received a paperback copy from the Author at an Author event*I loved the last series of books written by the Author, so i knew i wouldn't be dissapointed starting this new one. And I certainly wasn't! From the very first page, we meet Allie on her way to a cleaning contract that she's only helping out with due to her friend being unwell, and because of the Author's brilliantly descriptive writing - you feel you're right there with her. You feel exactly everything Allie is feeling. Then we meet S [...]

Good readI liked this read. The main characters are well suited apart from polar opposite jobs. I did think that the author slipped easily from American to English even though the characters are English for example she used the term ' jerk' this isn't really a name an English person would use. I did enjoy the read and will be reading the next instalment.

It was such a great book to sink into. The intriguing Allie & Sean spend time snowed-in and stranded in a country house, and as them, I felt like pulling the covers over my head, detach from the world and read this funny and hot book from cover to cover!
