    I ve traveled around the world in the military and for my own leisure, have been married for 16 years, built Learjets, wired the weapons systems for the USS Ronald Reagan, have degrees in video game design and computer animationt I still can t figure out why I m not 15 years old I think 15, have a young sense of humor, but consistently there is a 40 year old in my mirror every morning RATS As for my writing style, I write how I think, how I speak Do I have the ability to throw phrases in the air, juggling them playfully before letting them gently glide into perfect placement on the paper I don t know about all that, I just hope people enjoy spending time visiting my little worlds.

    This book reminded me vaguely of Weird Al's UHF, Lemony Snicket's books and Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch. It's certainly not your run of the mill story and it pulls off being both humorous and imaginative at the same time, not something many books can do.Galendor's characters are simplistic at first glance, but are actually very well thought out and deep, and any reader can find some way to connect with them.     Recieved from first-reads giveaway. I enjoyed the book but it took me awhile to read. I had to push myself to read it because I just haven't felt like reading. So I can't tell you if it's the story or just my reading funk that caused me to take a long time like other reviews are saying. Thankfully the story didn't drag to much.     I received this book in a Good reads giveaway. It took quite a while for me to read this. Over a month on and off I think. I couldn't really get into it. The writing isn't bad. It's a very unique style. I think it would be a perfect book for a lit study in junior high. Every literary device you want with multiple examples. Plot was alright.     This was a hard read for me. It took me about a month to get through it. That's not to say it wasn't a good read. Perhaps just not my style. The writing was a little complicated, which made it hard to put down and come back to. That being said, I could see it becoming a cult classic for some of our library teens.
