The content is exactly what the summary says.  Definitely, Maybe is a very short piece of work wherein Lucy tells a brief story about the night she lost her ability to see auras, then following, learned of her new supernatural skill. To be honest, the girls are great together, and I just love that Lucy has two best friends who are supportive and wonderful.  Yay for positive female relationships in a book!!Of course, this short story really felt like a teaser of sorts, or that maybe it could ha [...]

I loved this story, which I downloaded to my Kindle for 99 cents! It's an in-between story for Lucy Valentine, but it's more than a throwaway. It answers nagging questions about Lucy's psychic abilities and how she came to have gifts different from her family's. There's something about Heather Webber's writing that always makes me so happy. I fall into her worlds and feel completely at home. She writes like the kind of person she is: funny, friendly, and exactly what I like!

    Nothing new

WHY THOUGHThe good news is I got my library to buy 2 copies of this ebook so now everyone can realize this in-between story didn't need to happen MUCH FASTER than I did.

Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books1 star This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.2 stars This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.3 stars This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.4 stars I really [...]

Honestly, this probably doesn't merit more than 2 stars, but I enjoyed it, nevertheless. It's really, really short - finished reading it before my cup of tea was gone. And there's almost no substance to it - no real story. It's just Lucy and her two best friends talking a bit about Lucy's family and history. I really like this series, and I enjoyed learning just a bit more about Lucy and her family's "abilities", but if you're not already familiar with the series, I don't think you'd get anythin [...]

Okay, so I was torn between giving it 2-3 star rating. I would have to say that I give it a 2.5 star rating. I don't think that it had anything to add the story because we already know 90% percent of this story, not to mention I would say 20% of the story was explanation of things. Really there were only two revelations, though only one of those I feel is relevant. Overall, I didn't care for it, it was okay.

It was a cute story giving you background on Lucy's gift. It gets less stars because it was only 10 pages long, and I paid 99 cents for it. Granted that is not a lot of money, but it seemed to warrant more than ten pages. If you decide to buy it, pass it around to your friends who like the series to get your money's worth.

I liked that we finally got the whole story of how Lucy lost her match-making powers and found out about her new finding powers. It seems like with every book it is talked about, but getting things more in depth was nice.

short story - ebook about how Lucy Valentine got her talent for finding lost items. She tells her friends during a lightning storm similar to the one that transformed her ability to see auras to finding lost items.

    Trish
3 stars/Fiction; ParanomalA short story that tells the story about how Lucy Valentine lost the ability to 'see' like her father, and how she discovered her own hidden talent.I like Webber's writing enough that I was a little disappointed that this was so short, but it was still good.

    Tracey
This short story is not worth the paper it is written on. It is merely a rehash of information already revealed in the earlier books. Save your time and money - just skip it. Trust me, you're not missing anything.

    Gaby
A very short story about Lucy telling the story to her best friends about how she got her power. Nothing new, but it was good to read Lucy again.Only read it if you are familiar with the Lucy Valentine series.

    ❂ Jennifer
A very short story outlining the story about how Lucy lost one power and acquired another. I love the characters in this series, so this short story was like a fun, short visit with friends. I hope there will be another full length Lucy Valentine novel soon.

    Tabby
Very short, but interestingI really wish this could have been longer. Although it did give me a quick Lucy Valentine fix. Love Lucy and the rest of the main characters. I cannot wait for the next installment in the series.

    Sophie
For us Kindle-less folks, I found the story posted at She Loves Hot Reads.

    Emily
It's just short and cute, but worth reading (got it on iBooks)

    Heidi
Way short and not much substance.

    Carol
    Just 10 pages. A disappointment for $.99

    Tarra
Took only about ten minutes to read. Very well could have been a chapter in one of the Lucy Valentine books. No new ground covered, no revelations.

    Katilipops
how is this even a book?

    Marilyn
I enjoyed it but too short!! :)

    Lindi
A very quick read, just a few pages but it tied up lingering questions about Lucy's ability. It was a fun read.

    Kristin Humphreys
It was great to get a little history behind Lucy's gift.

    Kathleen
    Cute story but really short.

    Sherry
a short story where lucy explains how she lost her "aura" power and developed the power to find lost things.

    Kimbelie
Bought the copy for .99 cents would not recommend paying more for the book, the author tells a bit more into to Lucky's change of power, and really nothing more. Read time as 15 to 20 minutes.

    Amy
I actually finished this already but forgot to make it currently reading. Oh well. xD Great story. A good addition even though it's really short. I can't wait for the next book. :)

    Cary
I would rate this higher because I love the characters but 10 pages is just too short! I am not sure why this isn't just an epilogue or prologue in one of the novels.
